Gear Equipment & Precision Machining Technology
Our technical focus is centered on CNC gear hobbing, CNC spline milling, grinding, and related machining equipment.
We develop and manufacture equipment for production environments involving automotive gears, transmission components, spline shafts, drive shafts, and other precision mechanical parts.
Gear Hobbing
CNC gear hobbing is one of our core equipment categories. Our machines are used for the production of automotive gears, transmission gears, bearing-related gears, and other power-transmission components.
Machine configuration and processing requirements are evaluated according to the workpiece, dimensions, material, machining requirements, and production volume supplied for the project.
Spline Milling
CNC spline milling is another core area of our equipment range. Applications include automotive half shafts, automotive drive shafts, high-speed rail spline shafts, and other transmission-related components.
For project evaluation, our engineering team works from the actual workpiece and required machining process rather than relying solely on standard machine selection.
Grinding
Our grinding equipment portfolio includes CNC single surface grinding machines and CNC double surface grinding machines.
These machines can be supplied as individual production equipment or considered as part of a multi-stage machining solution where grinding is required after previous machining operations.
CNC Turning & Machining
Our CNC lathes and machining centers provide general machining capabilities for shafts, mechanical components, and other industrial parts.
Where a project requires several machining processes, these machines can be combined with specialized gear, spline, or grinding equipment.
Manufacturing Capability
Our production workshop is equipped with:

These machines support internal component machining and the manufacturing of complete machine tools.
Assembly & Inspection
Our factory has dedicated assembly and inspection areas for machine preparation and final equipment verification.
The production process covers component machining, machine assembly, adjustment, inspection, and preparation for delivery.
Project-specific inspection requirements can be discussed during technical evaluation.
Automation
We also manufacture automatic production lines for customers requiring integrated machining rather than individual stand-alone machines.
Production-line planning can include equipment arrangement, machining sequence, automatic material handling, and connection between processing stages.
The final configuration is determined according to the workpiece, process, production volume, and required automation level

Our technical development is supported by:
- 12 Utility Model Patent Certificates
- Technology-Based Enterprise recognition
- National High-Tech Enterprise recognition
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification
For machine selection or production-line quotation, the following information is sufficient for an initial technical assessment:
Workpiece: Drawing, dimensions, material, and component type.
Process: Required machining operations and existing process, if applicable.
Production: Expected output, working hours, and automation requirements.
Quality: Dimensional, surface, or other specified requirements.
Send your workpiece information to our engineering team for technical evaluation and equipment selection.
